Not without side effects I should imagine.

74.3kg !
That's not heavy for a 6 footer.

Me and Jorgan are the same weight at the minute, although I'm about 1cm taller, my scales reckon 10% bf, random number generators are good...

It has been a tad windy at times. Although, ryvita with homous spread on top is my new favourite thing.

Bit the bullet this morning and weighed myself.

91.4kg The heaviest I've ever been. When we did this last year I was 91kg and got down to 83kg without really trying before March. As I've said before Rolling Eyes I've definitely got the ability to get to sub 80kg.

Here is the plan. Eat at 8am, 10:30am, 1pm, 3:30pm & 6/7pm. The 10:30 & 3:30 are snacks (nuts, protein shake/bar).

If I cut out the sugar, cake, biscuits & chocolate and stay full & hydrated I can do it. I actually REALLY want to this year, I've been kidding myself in the past.

Stuck to the eating plan for 2 days and was 90.1kg this morning before a 2hr 10min run on just a banana before & 2 gels during.

I know you don't care but posting it keeps me on track Laughing

Are you suggesting my 24.99 Weight Watchers scales from Argos aren't state-of-the body-analysing art?

Like many things in life, a movement can promise a lot and deliver very little....

Last week I wasn't training as I was ill. Started again this week and that gets the pipes moving. I'm banking on an enormous #@?# yielding at least a 1kg loss.
