Dead batteries in the scales, so no idea, but I had a haircut, fasted until 6:30pm, 18,000 steps and 7km. So I'm going to say 71 maybe, but sadly we won't know until tomorrow.
Todays 11km trail run was crap though, so it doesn't really point to being that light.

Thinking about liposuction.

Yesterday’s weigh in has me at 71kg. Pleased with that.
Want to get to 68kg but not going to starve myself to do it. Just going to reduce the poor food choices and continue with the training programme.

Gym reckons 87.2kg, 23%BF. A bit higher than last January, but not much.

Well, despite my fasted/no calorie ride yesterday, I'm back to 74.3 this morning. At least I can relax now and not worry about trending down all the time The odd Leffe and unhealthy snacks at the weekends doesn't help tbh.
It's just the swimmers muscle Jimbo

Well that's a pi**er, 104.4kg, up 0.8kg from last week.
I'm hoping that last week was a bit of a freak result and I didn't really lose 2.8kg and that this week is just levelling things back out rather than actually putting weight back on.
2kg lost over the last 2 weeks so still on target of 1kg per week.

73 Kg today, lightest I've been since puberty! Also measured BF @ 12% on some Tanta scales which feels about right & was the target. Garmin index scales are a POS.

Did you also do the nose hair, ear hair, pluck the eyebrows and cut your toenails. Marginal gains left out there if not......
Dramatic weigh in for me this morning - done on a like for like basis compared to 2 weeks ago as much as possible re time of day, scales, what I'd eaten for breakfast and recorded 70.2kg - a 1.5kg loss.
Expected a fall, definitely feeling leaner but surprised at the scale of loss. Definitely something in the Vegan diet for weight loss - does not feel as if I've eaten less volume.

Aren't those Garmin scales something like £150 too?!

Think I paid 100 quid. You stand on the scales and they know who you are based on your weight & it updates all your metrics on Garmin connect without even pressing a button. All of which is very cool but it is a waste of time/money if the reading is garbage.
If I put in the connect app that I am an athlete it uses a different algorithm and tells me I'm about 5% BF which is even more ridiculous. I would get my money back if I could.
