As predicted my first week blast has slowed. Only down 0.4Kg so far this week. Still the weekend 4 days to go though!

Down to 105.4.

Despite breaking my no calories after 7pm rule (3 pints and a tub of Sahara nuts down the local) ... I was still 74.2 this morning, so my variance is very low on a daily basis.

I was 73.1, and I only ate 1 lidl cheese bun with butter and a packet of crisps before 8pm, all I finished all calories by 9:30pm.

You know I don't want to build muscle! So I can't listen to what he recommends...

A geezer who is neither a chef, so his meals taste gopping, nor a qualified nutritionist. Just a gob with abs.

Don't you ever train on an evening, that's when I often do my swimming so it's either no food after or eat about 8pm, just something small though.

Sometimes go to the gym on an evening as well.

Can't get a consistent reading from the scales, don't think I'm losing or gaining much ATM, need to try a bit harder. Those Chocoloate milkshake drinks are my current weakness, and the huge Christmas cake my sister baked me for Christmas.

Boditrax has told me twice now, my muscle weight has dropped 2kg since last week and my body fat is up to 24%.

You’d think I was rolling into the gym.

103.7kg so pretty much back to where I was 2 weeks ago.

My target was 1kg a week so I'm just slightly behind that at the moment.

70.2kg.

No change from a week ago: not entirely surprised, I think last week was unrealistically low, so loss is remains 1.5kg in 3 weeks which I am happy with.

Couple of birthday celebs over the weekend (plus very little training) didn't help either....

73.9 but feeling somewhat sh!te, as my sore throat/cold has been compounded by a bad reaction to something last night; my neck and face have gone bright red & a rash on my body (people at work commented when they saw my face that looked like I'd been in the sun). Went and saw the nurse at work and temp & BP okay, so nothing serious, but it does mean I'd better not going running at lunchtime and put my body under more stress Sad I could go a year without getting ill before we had kids Rolling Eyes

I sense an early stack, especially if the anti-histamines are any good Very Happy
