I use grey [4.5% float] cleats - can I use these with the P1 pedals or am I restricted to the red cleats supplied ? Cheers

Yes I use the grey Keo cleats with mine - haven't had any issues so far.

I've used Keo cleats when track sprinting so they are fine. Make sure they are new and not worn though

Yep, always been grey cleats for me. Left one always wears quicker (foot down).
