2 day Pancake frenzy just completed!

Holiday with buffet breakfast/evening meal all next week.

I'll be happy to hold to just a 0.5 kg increase by end next week....

I'm 73.9 - breaks the 74kg barrier for the first time this year. Staring to ramp up the miles as well so more improvement to come I hope

69kg this morning.

Surprising, and pleasing. That's over 3 kg off since Jan and close to my (original) target race weight.

Trick now is hold at this level - don't want to go lower, nor let it creep back over 70kg - and assess whether I am still strong at this weight.

Usually find holding weight harder than losing - getting that balance right is tricky.

Well the last 2 weeks have been a bit or a 'mare.

Still can't shake off the tail end of the flu I had 3 weeks ago, no energy, aches & pains and craving anything hot and/or spicy and bad for you.

Weight back up to 104kg today so undone most of the first few weeks gains.

Good job I wasn't planning anything until after my son's GCSEs in June so no particular rush but with the calf injury then this I am getting a little peeved to say the least.

PS. On the bright side the calf's had 3 weeks extra rest Smile
