Up just under 2 pounds on last month. Sad

But haven't done any training in over 2 weeks due to the bug going around and the comfort eating that goes with it. Rolling Eyes

Hopefully I will get back on the weight loss path in March.

Cheers, Paul. Smile

71.5kg so if I hold around here, back to healthy weight, 2 months of exercising everyday is all it took, which is good, unlikely to lose any more though.

104.0kg - haven't exercised (significantly) for 4 weeks and been eating crap.
Still got a slight cough but I'm sick of it now so have decreed that I am no longer ill and will ignore it from now on. Must get my arse back into gear.

71.1kg.

New lower fat regime seems to have had an effect. Really closely watching my intake of saturated fat since last Doctor visit.

70.5 kg.

My attempt to 'keep weight at last week's level around 70.0kg' - epic fail.

And before you say 'it always fluctuates, level of hydration' etc, it should be pointed out I've been a greedy s&d and the rise is due to lack of discipline - seems I lurch between all and nothing....

Went up to 15stone 9 during January.

Some serious cycling and a low carb diet has seen a lot of progress in the right direction though. down to 14 stone 9 this morning.

Need to be under 14 before I can think about any serious running speed or hills on the bike. but the horror of a near zero carb diet is really working. The initial weight loss will slow now as a lot is water weight but looking good so far!

On holiday for two weeks during March, this will not help Laughing

I'm fluctuating around 73kg now, depending mainly on whether there's an impromptu session down the local or the like. Ended-up having 5-6 pints and various bar snacks when all the families went to the pub after sledding on Friday Surprised

87.9 kg

Down from 97.7 kg a couple of years ago and 89.9 kg last month. Had a lot of back problems in the last month while my body adapts to running again, hopefully I can get back to it soon. I managed to hold PB pace at Parkrun for 3 km this weekend so things are looking up.

Steady at 71.1KG.

Going to keep on what I'm doing, would like to get 68kg.

The bloated little tummy is still there and it's annoying me!

According to Nokia Health metrics, on Jan 1st I was 78.6kg, last week down to 73.6kg (I actually dropped to 72.9kg after one workout).

I have ramped my training to 15 hours per week, and weight seems to be falling off nicely.

I finally got around to actually weighing myself yesterday morning, and it confirmed my suspicions.

3 weeks of no activity and a new found affinity to chocolate does not bode well!

74.6kg, for my heaviest weight in a good few years. This time last year, albeit it nearing London mara peak fitness, i was 67kg!

I normally hover around 70/71, so i am hoping it won't take too much to shed this little blip on my midriff!!

No wonder i found it so hard climbing the other day! A few weeks off so feeling pretty weak, and i am literally carrying kilos worth of extra junk weight! Mad
