No change since March, 83.8.

I have, however, regained 1cm in height.

68.6kg.

Seem to be settled around late 68/early 69 - excellent. If I can stick around this for the remainder I'll be pretty happy.

Our withings broke (seemingly only the right hand side pressure plate works so if you balance all on the right it does get closer to real but standing normally it gives you about half...) Finally tried the older one after a few weeks of not weighing, 71.2kg so a couple of kg's dropped if the accuracy is there. Seems accurate for Maryka of course.

Weighed in at 86.7kg on the Ďproperí scales at the gym. Down from 90.7 starting point and still lots to go.

Iíd been weighing myself on the scales at home before I realised that moving the scales can give me different readings of up to +-3kg Shocked

Disappointing upwards drift to 70.5kg.

Complacency, a few bad habits creeping back in so it was fully deserved and not unexpected.

Refocus, refocus...

Went up to 15stone 9 during January.

Some serious cycling and a low carb diet has seen a lot of progress in the right direction though. down to 14 stone 9 this morning.

Need to be under 14 before I can think about any serious running speed or hills on the bike. but the horror of a near zero carb diet is really working. The initial weight loss will slow now as a lot is water weight but looking good so far!

On holiday for two weeks during March, this will not help Laughing

Managed to Rebound back to 15st 10lbs after 2 weeks in America! Oops

Came home and hit the Low carb hard. Hit 14st 2lbs last weekend before ITU Leeds Triathlon.

Planning a more conventional diet now to push down into the low 13's

Pretty happy really as I am not Ironmanning this year so normally balloon up to super fat levels.
