Looking for turbo mat recommendations please. Vibration and noise suppression more important than moisture collection, to be used on hardwood and carpeted floor.

I've got some EVA interlocking tiles

Can't remember where I got mine from but like this

https://www.amazon.co.uk/Interlocking-Tiles-Garage-Workshop-Floor/dp/B00KM420IY/ref=cts_sp_4_vtp

Not roll up and carry around portable but great in the shed.

Pieces of old carpet. Cheap bathroom mats from Ikea. Or flotation foam if you want to be fancy (I kayak, hence I had some lying around).

You can buy a lot of that for a 70 quid Tacx mat.

I got a Yoga mat for a few pounds and that did the trick to dampen the turbo noise on a wood floor while I was house sharing.
