Anyone pick up their coffee or soup during run sessions?

What’s a good cup/container? I’d rather not run with a thermos flask...

Can you not make coffee or soup when you finish the run?

Yeah I would burn myself trying to drink coffee or soup in the go.

I don't even take water on my long runs...

I drink/eat about thirty minutes after my run finishes.

Would also fulfill the goal of having reusable coffee cup.

Maybe use some sort of cup/flask to carry your soup to the end of your run, I'm not sure which, maybe ask on a forum?
