Bike is 140 miles (225 km) with 24,114 ft (7350 m) going over Kirkstone/Hardknott/Wrynose twice each way, so very steep gradients. Run is 8,800 ft (2680 m) going over Helvellyn twice. The swim is flat.
Judging by 2015 "normal" X I need a lot more bike power, both FTP, Pmax and matches to burn. Haven't even started to consider the run yet.
