Hi,
Had q rings on my tt bike for about a year on position 3, only the last few months I have been out on it, I changed them last week to number 4, hamstrings felt tired as I was riding. Ironman in 6 weeks, was this a wise move ?should I stick with #4 for a few rides to see how it goes?
Cheers

I'd give it a few more goes in case the tiredness was down to training volume, I thought it was hard going today despite my power being not much above usual so I'd give it a few more goes.

Good luck at the IM as well, which one are you doing?

Jeff

When I got mine, I just whacked them straight to 5. Felt okay to me. I ditched them years ago though, as they didn't fit the Power2Max I bought. Tbh I couldn't feel any difference - I think they're overrated.
