I can run in the rain, just if it's raining on the swim, I cannot warm up at all after - I DNFd one race due to this.

My bike handling skills are that of a typical triathlete.
I can ride in a zig-zag line, but as soon as anything else is called for, I am generally on the floor.

Was that 2016 Jeff? Certainly pi55ed it down a lot that year; just after I finished the heavens opened, when I was in the massage tent.

There were some puddles to run around on the track up to the finish, but if you're in the first wave, the rest of the run isn't too bad, and it's covered by trees in most places.

I think it was 2015 when I looked last night, seem to recall you might have been ~10 minutes in front of me. Stopping on the bike twice to pick up my spares didn't help though.

Can't help thinking the swim was short as I did about 31 dead, I was swimming better then though.

Like Poet, getting out of a lake onto a bike in the cold\wet doesn't really happen for me, and the bike course was quite greasy in places.

Apologies, clearly losing the plot, was sure I'd clicked on the 2015 link!

Can't actually believe it was only 2 1/2 years ago, seems a lot longer.

I've now joined the Strava club, does this mean I have to train?

What if I just go for a little stretch in the sauna, can that be classed as hot yoga?

Just been out for a two spin in four degrees, started raining after an hour, punctured, wrestled that f***ing track tub you sold me on again.

Bloody tyre (they're 13 winter ones - Vittoria Rally Kevlar) was stuck on solid.

This is after I bent a spoke trying to true wheel this morning - bloody wrong nipple so I used some force...yeah, that didn't work.
