Last week had a big focus on avoiding calories, also did a half marathon distance fasted, result was another 2kg weight loss, down to 73.8kg

Lowest I saw on scales was 72.7 on Saturday just after Tour De Zwift ride

Saturday, 74.6kg. That's 1kg down from the previous week and I didn't do anything different. Trousers don't feel looser, so looks like a dodgy reading.

Loaded with the cold over the weekend and still rough as a badger's so no training for me this week.

Half Marathon Saturday morning (god, that was cold) followed by a weekend of excess. Pizza and poker with old uni mates back in Bath on Saturday evening, and Sunday spent eating (pizza and curry), drinking (cider, lager, guiness), playing games, and up all night watching the Super Bowl.

Weigh in this morning and I was back up to 74.5kg. Bugger.

Someone has gone to a lot of trouble there, it's nice to see. Is this a reunion for a sub-unit?

Remember though, ultimately you're still a hat Wink (even Coy Cdrs who'd rebadged to Para were considered so by the pure-bloods)

70.3 Kg yesterday morning.

Bike power down very slightly, run speed up a touch.

Long sessions at 142-149 bpm HR.

Long being very very...mostly indoors.

Fast ish 5k once a week to keep it honest, but legs are " heavy" most of the time due to Volume

Stuck at 101.1kg for another week. Seem to have hit a bit of a plateau at the moment so need to change something or just really tighten up on diet to get moving again.
