Anyone got sany ideas as to what this weird looking thing is on the end of Stadlers tri-bars? It seems to be on both sides and looks a bit excessive for a basic end cap surely?

With a 26mph average speed at Kona this weekend, maybe it's a NOS button?

I think its a salt stick ! Twist the collar and it dispenses salt tablets.

Do I win anything ?
