Hi Dona,

Glad to hear you're back in-the-mix mentally. Good luck on Sunday and let us know how you get on Very Happy !

I definitely think it's a case of having triathlon, as well as running, swimming and cycling in your face as much as possible so you never get bored. I hate the come-down feeling after a big event where you don't have a goal for a while and the friends, colleagues around you don't share the same enthusiasm.

I'm lucky in that I get Running Fitness and 220 comign through the post every month, recommended the odd book and video, have a flatmate who's very much into running and a few friends as work who do triathlons to various standards.

Daz

PS - How about we exchange leg massages at a tri we both do next year? Save's 5-10!

Dona, how did you do in the race, time etc?

Cool, it's a deal....as long as we have something left in our arms after the swim Smile
