How many years, or shall we say 'seasons' have you spent competing in multi-discipline events - duathlon, aquathon, triathlon, adventure, etc etc?

Personally, this is my third,....although I did one duathlon in 2000 (but don't like to talk about it Sad )

My first full year, if you include the "experiment" at the end of last season. Two novices, two sprints. Looking forward to next year and, hopefully, the London Tri (Oly)...anyone have a spare wetsuit (gulp!) Shocked

Daz I think you need to expand on your 1st duathlon, we like somethings to make our efforts seem ok -if it still shows us up (whoever "us" is apart from me Embarassed )- then ok don't mention it Rolling Eyes
Rob, your going for one "long" length next year Shocked maybe that will spur me on to "go for it" (double gulp Shocked )
