Postal entry forms now available, soon to have online ones.

A few alterations to the Middle Distance in May 2008 to make it more competitor friendly.
Standard and Sprint remain the same with a bit more water for the standard next year.

Well I have been regularly weeing in the sea at Teignmouth, on the basis that by next May this should have flowed round and made a difference.
