I asked this a couple of times when I first came on to the site. But dose the site have an official team? If so how do you join?

If not is there anyone interested in starting one up, I mean properly registering the name and all that plus getting t-shirts and possibly even racing gear?

But first things first who is interested in starting a team if there isnít already one going??

Do you have no pain receptors in your body? 10 minutes on those things and I'm stuffed.

I was under the impression rowing was a good idea? I did 15 minutes this morning and the machine said I used 350 calories so that's more than cycling, swimming and running. Only managed a puny 160 watts though, that's not so good.

Iím thinking of starting skipping, anyone tried that? Not the playground sort, the boxing sort. I figure itíll build my legs and arms.

A 10k row in 45mins is pretty impressive mate!
I think my back would seize up by then and I'd be doing my albert steptoe impression again when walking back to the changing rooms

I think (?) David T said he might be able to sort us all out with a heat or two of our very own. Think we are all listed on a thread in events.

10k row on the sunday? Confused Heck I'm going to start practising
