Personally I bought a cheap pair of Look pedals on EBay for 15 quid... second hand and got myself off to Bourne Sports and got a pair of shoes for 35... done on the cheap but fine for me cos I'm a beginner. Oh yeah, cleats cost a tenner and all.

I got brand new shoes on ebay - 23 quid (with p&p), RRP 55!

Still looking for pedals, hoping to snap another bargain. Wink

Also got a second hand aero bars for 13 quid.

As you can see I'm trying to keep the cost as low as possible.

Cost need to be low for me too Tring..

Dre, the cleat is the thing which you bolt to the shoe which fixes in the pedal. The Look ones are made of plastic (and wear out) and come it two flavours, fixed and float...
