You still talking about Vanessa Raw? Maybe I should have a closer look.

I do however think the poster pullout would have been more interest if it featured vanessa raw and not the world most confusing maps!

Its wierd - I flicked through the magazine and dont think I found any real content in the thing at all. How the heck do you manage to create a magazine with that many pages without actually writing anything?!?

I think a lot of people would go with that!

I think if you have net access then you will have read all of the content at some point already anyway

it's just all about lufbra!! It may as well be their uni club magazine. Bit it is nicely designed and better than 220; at least some thought has gone into it.

I find trinews a truly boring magazine. 220 wins hands down (I have not yet joined the "hate 220" bandwagon).

Come on guys, let's be fair. TriNews does not purport to be a traithlon magazine per se. It is not trying to compete with 220. It is the mouth-piece of British Triathlon and focusses on what the Federation and the national federations are up to, training, racing and coaching wise. Most of us are triathletes, not activists, and it is no surprise that we find TriNews a trifle dull, but if we are to criticise, let's compare it against what it is supposed to be rather than what we would like it to be.

yeah, its nice to be nice, but this issue is just not very good.

British sport governing bodies seem to be the last bastion of the British Empire - lots of reports on oversight comittees and sub comittee members. Who wants to read an interview with the CEO - especially when she has nothing of interest to say?
And why the interview with Lisa Dobriskey? WTF?! THere are literally dozens of triathletes out there on the performance plans they couldhave interviewed, but we get a 1500m runner whos never done a triathlon giving us tips on how to reduce our run split?

very poor.
