aah, French red, an excellent choice sir.

English wine not so great, only ever had white, drink it v.v. cold and it's not too bad - or use it for Dre's spritzer.

...a nice Brunello di Montalcino 1998 or maybe the Barbaresco 1998.

Unless I have fish, in which case a Pouilly Fumé or Chablis goes down nicely.
