yeah unlucky guys - they are showing it live in australia for 6 hours tommorrow morning!!

but u guys do get the awesome commentary of a mr steve trew, the triathlon guru of the uk...and an excelllent coach...highly recommended!

last minute predictions -

Hamish Carter
Greg Bennet
AJ?

Emma Snowsill
Barb Lindquist
Sheila Taormina - possiblly reback too - that would be a us podium - scary!

Awesome peformances in Jnr womens -girl called felicity abram blew field apart...she ran 58 seconds slower than top jnr men - and shes 17!!
Star of the future...lives few miles from me, and i believe can run a 34 minute 10k!

Despite acknowledging that she is a first class athlete, and hailing the serious commitment to her sport, I'd just like to say that young Felicity Abram is an absolute BABE! Coo er phew etc.

BB,
I think the photos were flattering, coz when i ran past her at noosa, she wasnt half as attractive...

for the good of the squad..i could make a closer investigation and take the ozzie out for a celebratory drink...for investigation purposes only of course!

Emma Snowsill,,,as predicted - amazing!

As for Robbo on the bike...shows that runners can bike too!

And Andrea Whitcombe had a great showing. She's not on the podium, but she is clearly making a big push for the Olympics. Even though the last two outings have been non-events according to the Graham Maw (head of the BTA), who has got the British team looking at the races as fact-finding missions, she has done fantastically in the Athens World Cup race and these World Champs. She's making her presence felt to the selectors!

Andrea did indeed look like an olympic standard runner...she seems to flow, and has excellent track running style.

however, the winner, emma..outsplit andrea (who had 2nd fastest split) by 58 seconds!!
