Awesome event - i've either done the event or marshalled for the last 5 years!!!!

Course details are :

Swim - Wet, Warm and flat!

Bike - 6miles out and 6 miles back - nice hill within the 1st 200metres!!! bout 300metres off good climbing - next 3 miles are undulating - nothing to serious then flat to roundabout - round the roundabout and back again!!!

Run - out and back twice - only 1 hill to climb bout 200metres then flat and back again!!!!!

Would def. recommend this event - very well orgainsed, excellent long sleeved t-shirt, the sun always shines (thats buggered it for 2004).

Get entry in ASAP cause this race fills up very very quickly!!!!

See ya there!

This will be my 1st ever Tri, so in years to come I will have a tear in my eye when anyone asks about the Southwell Tri. Razz Razz

See you there

Do you think that is too much ? Oh the innocent newbie

The only A Race will be the London Tri. I'm not much of a speed person so reckon I will enjoy the Olympic and dare I say it HIM events more.

No, didnt mean too much Bexley Confused
I meant it was good to plan those, and they will be good experiance and training if you didnt want to do them flat out. Your training has been very good so shouldnt have any probs.
--go for it. Laughing

(meant I had 4 tris last year and my planning hasnt been too ambitious really Embarassed , but havent decided everyting yet, wanted to see what was running in the surrey/sussex area like last year, and suppose been waiting for London M before finally deciding)
