Does anyone know the organiser website for the above? Looks like quite a good event!

I think the one you are on about is the great Welsh triathlon. the website is something like greatrun.org, there is no date set for it yet, but you can register your interest at the website. Hope that helps!

it's organised by city and county of swansea who my wife works for so if there's anything that you're struggling to find out then let me know.

Date for this year is 6th June, which unfortunately for me is the day after Brecon Triathlon, so at best I'll come down and watch, especially if Jodie is going to do it Laughing

Can't find any info about it on the council website. Is the info anywhere else?

Can someone give me the URL for this, as I can't find anything about it. I've tried google, triathletes-uk and the BTA site (which doesn't have a search facility that I can find). Nothing has come up!

Clearly, it's probably something that I'm doing wrong, but it is frustrating.

Its being promoted by City and county of Swansea who my wife works for. She's already emailed their leisure department to try and get info for me but they haven't come back to her. I'll get her to try again and as and when I find anything out I'll post it on here.

I'm fairly sure the date is the weekend of 5/6th June - as our local tri was due to be that weekend but was asked by the organisers of the Great Wales Tri to move it to the following weekend so it didn't clash.

great minds think alike Lopez Wink , I pm'd you about this today - sept 5th now appears to be the date and I've also heard that you need to be sub 2:30 to do the Oly Crying or Very sad

This leaves me with no Oly in June - but Pembrokeshire is in June this year (normally July), so may do that as well.
