Hope to see you in Birmingham. After doing the clinic in Huddersfield this Jan, I've just been getting better and better - three mins off my 1500 can't be bad.
Looking forward to the new material too!

At this stage it looks like we'll be in the USA in the autumn as we've had a big request to run a series of Clinics over there around New York and LA, however, I may well be back in November in the UK so will keep you posted but that's only about 50% likely at the moment.

Thanks for your interest and hope all's well with you? Am I right in thinking you're doing some coaching now yourself?

Cheers

Paul

Cool, well hopefully we'll see you back over in the autumn.

Things are good, but not me whose coaching - I'm still very much on the receiving end!

Hi G1,

We chose to run two in the South East, two in the Midlands, two in the North West, one in the North East and two in Scotland. Overall we felt that was fair, we'd have loved to make it out to Ireland too but we just ran out of time - sorry to those guys.

Yes the South East has a large population but on our last trip we ran three clinics in Windsor and only one other clinic, in the North of England (and were over-run with requests up there) so we were determined to cover the country a little more fairly this time.

I'm sorry if you wanted to come to a south east but we'll be back soon hopefully. Inside information: as i speak nobody is on the waiting list for Maidenhead, so if you were to get yourself first in that queue you stand a chance yet if anyone drops out! (instructions how to here)

Either way, I hope we get to meet you and help you with your swimming in the near future.

Cheers,

Adam

PS. You should see some of the emails we got from disgruntled aussies who want us to take the shorter trip over to Melbourne and Sydney!

Hi Pat,

It's fairly rare but does occasionally happen. I can think of two instances in the last 8 clinics where someone's had a life emergency and had to drop out.

Keep all fingers and toes crossed!

Adam

Had a great day in Aston at the session today. For me some useful stuff on the catch part of the stroke which I'm itching to try in my squad sessions.

Thanks very much Adam and Paul.

Hey g1timebomb, I have a place on the Maidstone clinic. Not exactly a life emergency but it would be slightly more convenient for me not to be away from the kids all day that day. So, if you're still keen to go, and if it's OK with the Swim Smooth guys, you can take my space. Drop me a line if so. No problem if not.

I met up with Adam and Paul at Birmingham Clinic a few weeks back and have to say it surpassed my expectations of a one day clinic.

The guys were great and i learnt a lot about not only mystroke but what makes a good stroke for me and my style.

Would reccomend this clinic for anyone, next time round.

Hey Adam/Paul - The kicktastic is being tamed!! and i swam a PB 400m in the Northwich Tri last week end 6.10s

Cheers,

Jamie

Good to hear. On the other hand... damn you're catching me up! I am still dropping my elbows unfortunately. It may be smooth but it's not as effective as it should be.
