My wife is looking for a maternity support belt to help her continue running during her pregnancy. She has found a 'Gabriella' make but can't seem to find anywhere in the UK to buy. 20 delivery from US on a 28 belt seems a bit excessive.

Anyone point me in the direction of anything similar?

It's Gabrialla, so google 'Gabrialla maternity support belt uk' and you will easily find it for sale in UK.

From the point of view of someone who has done lots of weight-bearing and load carrying activities over the years, and still regularly wears a harness for various activities, I would be very suprised if a more structured product like this is not more supportive:

...but I'm just a man so what do I know?

Like most items such as this that are very personal, I suspect you would be best studying some reviews, maybe trying 3 or more different designs and then returning if possible or selling the ones you don't like on eBay and only incurring a small loss. Also, don't forget to write your own reviews of the products as that is the best way for everyone to gain knowledge.

Maybe contact Lizzie who has her little girl about a month ago, i think she still did a fair bit of running through her pregnancy, she may be able to give some advice as well
