Hi,

How do you all distinguish whether you require the novice or intermediate plan?

This will be My 1st attempt at full distance next season but over the past 3 seasons I've completed 10 middle distance races, my fastest being 4.26 and slowest being 4.45.....

What would you guys advise?

Time available 10 - 14hrs per week

My main issue is not being about to train prior to work, I'm up at 5am and travel 55 miles to work, so any double sessions have to be done after work.

But, with 10 x middles under your belt, all sub 5 hours, you are not a novice. Wink

Whilst the bike and run seem a little 'soft', Fink cetrtainly appears to have a hard on for the swimming!!!

Thanks again for the plan, I think maybe i need the book too to help understand some of the underlying details?

Has anyone managed to convert the bike side of the plan into a power format rather than RPE or Hr? This would be a massive benefit for most Iron athletes.
