See what we admit to the Confused

Staying up late and promising I will get up and go to the pool no matter what the weather is. I find this very difficult to do and generally stop in bed until its too late for the early bird session Crying or Very sad

every excus in the book i have used to get out of a session Crying or Very sad

I have even got up for an early run, got changed and then thought sod this and gone back to bed Crying or Very sad

my name is ray and i am a couch patato Crying or Very sad

eat to much junk food and say it's ok i train hard Mad

I think I perfer the army commando stick training to the happy hippy camper positivity vibe of the carrot brigade!

i agree with gman - i have no vices and train to perfection Cool

as for the carrot or the stick I think i would enjoy the stick more but think the best results would come from a combination of the two.

i just hope my boss doesnt see it or we'll all be banging the bongos on the next team building session

talking about the carrot or stick program. Did you see the guy who is on it who is doing it just to impress his g/f? Time for her to 'get her coat' i think!

He's incredible isn't he? It's not as if he's woefully overweight, he's a stick insect, but he is so physically defunct it's scary.

I don't ever want to be like that.
