This is classed as a difficult course then?

Got the results through the post this morning. Have you received them yet Andy?
I'm pretty pleased with my results especially as its my first of the year & only my 2nd tri.
My swim & bike were quicker than the last 7Oaks tri in Sept but my run time was slower, the run course seemed a bit hillier this time & I did a marathon the previous Sunday - that's the excuse I'm giving myself anyway Surprised
I really do need to sort out my swimming technique though.
My times were:
S 8.42
B 57.12
R 37.45
Total - 1.43.39

Congratulations to all who took part, and especially Andy for losing your cherry. I'm dead envious that you've done one and can't wait now to get stuck into my first tri of the season.

OK, thanks. Its so long ago since I filled in the application form and sent it off that I can't remember if I sent them two envelopes. I'm sure I would have, can't think why I'd say to myself I didn't want a copy of the results!

Another day before I can analyse!
