Nice words.thanks.
Ps you not even tempted at all to see how quick you can do it ? With all your biking youll be flying round the flat course. Make a nice change from Avon Tyrell. |
Yeah, I'll admit I've thought about it. But the commitment to training would be massive, and I know how much I struggled last time, so having been successful once, I think I'd struggle to get motivated enough again.
The bike course would certainly suit me more,no doubt! But then again, I know that my day 9 swim experience told me I'd achieved the limit last time along with finishing the last day at a couple of minutes before 4am. I'm not sure there's anything to gain by going again, I feel like I really did go to the limit (which was always a big part of the motivation to do it) |
Limit? you had at least 2 minutes to spare on the last one!

I'm doing 15ish a week I think - mostly good quality. Happy with how it's going but you never can tell. I wish it were now though as I'm carrying my fewest niggles ever I think!

Only a few days until the start of the Deca (and Quin & Quad), which TriTalkers are doing it (apart from TC, of course!)?

I pulled out a long time ago ....
long story; re-appraisal.
No need to wish those competing good luck. They have got to the start line. That's enough.
Now I hope they all get to the finish line
