They'll have had time to bake a few by the time I get there!

I need to stop checking the weather forecast....

It changes hourly from 32 degrees and no wind to 22 degrees and 25 mph winds!!

I'm not sure which I'd enjoy the most Twisted Evil

I think we'll be spoilt either way Very Happy

Has anyone got any restaurant recommendations for a healthy meal on Friday evening in PDC? I'm all ears.

Friday night is leaving it a bit late. I would look for a large lunch rather than stuffing yourself at dinner time.

Antica Trattoria di Verona, Av de las Playas - food is good, should find something to suit (it's popular so probably best to book)

Have a great time in Lanza everyone, I hope the weather on Saturday is epic Cool

I'm very jealous, at least of the swim and bike. I fell out of love with long runs a few years ago and by the time I did my last Lanza in 2015 (my 5th Cool ), my long runs had become a chore, so I called time on long course tri. I'm sure I'll get the itch back at some point in the future. I did IM Lanza 2012 on my 40th birthday and I reckon my 49th will fall on IM Lanza race day in 2021, so it'd be rude not to target that for a comeback race Wink

I was out on bike aid station 10 in Masdache, handing out water. It was bloody hot for us and not much wind, so must have been a killer on the course.
Then went down to Playa Honda to shout encouragement / abuse at the runners. So if you were a Pirate, or from Black Country Tri club or the Army , RAF or anything showing you were British, that was me shouting at you Smile

Dinner is at night unless you're some kind of backwater banjo playing savage. Twisted Evil
