Hi to all.

i suggested you had a beer with Markie, but you obviously didn't or you would have become one of his mates...and then...

Social media. It's better to be 'known' nowadays, than to share info & experiences in a fairly anonymous manner. Shame.

Welcome back.

Good to see so many of the old crew on here again!

Apart from 2010 and 2012 when I had babies, I have done one sprint a year since doing the Swashbuckler in 2009, just to keep my hand in really. Also it means I swim once a year Very Happy

Funnily enough I picked up a copy of 220 when I was lazing around in the spa yesterday and was thinking I might start to step things up again. I'm now studying part time as well as working full time (and have the aforementioned not so baby-ish babies), so realistically I can't think about anything too long until my course finishes in 2018, but I want to enter a few sprints next year (Oly is not my distance) and I might even consider some sort of structured training...

All we need now is Chloe at the top of the hill shaking her Pom poms and Paul at the top of another hill with his pink bra. Cool

Ah, if it's the crew from 2006 then I'm in too.

Let's all do the same race together, and noone's allowed kit made after 2003.

AndyS probably has that old Cervelo soloist in his shed somewhere, and I'm sure I can find a giant tcr with Hed3s on ebay for 30 Smile
