Great to see so many TTers are still alive (kindof) and kicking (if only a little bit)
I have been slacking and might even make a comeback and do a Deca again next year

But whatever you do, you won't be sandbagging.
No, not you, not ever, under no circumstances at all, will you ever be sandbagging.

Yayyy folks, also back thanks to me getting round to heckling the kind Andy to reset my pesky password. It's been a couple of years since I've been on the forum, I've missed you all!
Two and a bit years out due to Mother's death then a 2 year plantar holiday. Back 2016 with a rusty Wensleydale, Helvellyn and 1/2 X. It was nice to be back and yes, that is me that wears the old Tritalk trisuit, can't afford anything snazzy and new!!!!
Still no crazy distance due to studying MBA, working and wanting bit of a life (or that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it).
So for me this year, Horwich, Wensleydale, Helvellyn and 1/2 X.
However after seeing the spine race from an armchair this weekend, even tho it was about 1 mile away from my house, I wondered about a spine duathlon, run North, bike South, and run North??????

Challenge Wanaka 70.3 for me in 4 weeks time! Lost 4 weeks training over Christmas with sciatica and still have numb toes so not sure how the run will go, but just so happy to be back fit (ish) again

You couldn't resist the siren call of Triathlon & TT. We all need a break, but I think you took it too far
