IM just mailed a warning about using deep aero wheels. I am expecting a follow up mail with 'by the way, we have some shallow wheels for sale at expo' Very Happy

About 9pm. I'd just got of the shower and thought I'd left it running. Very Happy

Ah, that one. Yeah, just got back to the hotel in time after food. Drenched in 30 seconds indeed!

Likewise. I hope everyone has a great race and stay safe. I've spent more time trying to decide on a clothing strategy than it will take to do the race. Decidided to swim in tri suit after all.

Been a bit bonkers busy today so sorry to miss meet up.

Practice swim was beautiful. Absolutely pan flat and perfect swimming temp. Not a sniff of a jelly. Might be very different in the morning....

Now back at the caravan just chilling for the evening everything racked and ready.

Clothing wise ...trisuit for the bike then trisuit for the run plus lucky hat

Tenby town centre is utter hell....its full of bloody ironmans!

The people I'm following seem to have had pretty decent swims, possibly better than they may have hoped.

Let's hope they get around the bike leg safely.

Ditto. And looking at the video feeds the sea looked like a mill pond.

Be interesting to see how the weather holds on the bike. Good luck all!
