On his website is says that the route is 1800 miles but he is taking a 3000 mile route to acount for boat drift Rolling Eyes I had presumed the boat would return to the finish co-ordinates the day before but this suggests not.

He appears to be doing about 9 miles per day - at this rate he will be doing it for about a year. Hopefully he find some decent currents soon.

There's a low battery message up in one corner. Don't see why they can't just extend a charging lead off the boat and let him fill up the battery while he swims.

if the plan is to make up the drift distance....he'll have a lot of lengths to do in the calm of his local pool
