I went up - usual trade show fare. A lad I work with got a spot as a guest speaker on the performance stage after doing a few GB Aquathlon races. He does market himself a lot but fare play for 37min 10k club runner he has got himself lots free gear including a wetsuit, opened local events etc.

You should have raced aquathon!- Think he medalled in both Nationals and Euros but then he was up against less thsn 10 athletes each time. He can be a little cheeky selling it as bronze medalist not bronze medalist in ag, but fair enough if he is getting lots of publicity that's what sponsors want I guess.

I went today, thought it was pretty decent. Unfortunately wife was ill, so ended up going round with both kids by myself.

Decent deals on ex demo wetsuits, gonna get a Zone3 Vision. Lots of protein bar giveaways and literally hundreds of superbikes, shiny shiny bike porn.
