Have, like so many, put Fink in to a spreadsheet with columns for Swim (Time and amount), Bike (Time and Amount) and Run (Time and Amount).

Got the usual total time for week as well.

But, what I thought would be great for me was a column that showed the % of each day towards the entire training for the big event for the year (for me, Ironman Maastricht).

The very right hand column shows how much % of all training I've completed.



For me, seeing a move from 9.1% to 12.1% of total training is very motivational.

Happy to share if interested...

Please note, the Fink plan has been heavily modified to accommodate a few longer running events and a two week break last month for chest infection.
