err 1 x 10km run last week for me. Plus a couple of climbs and a visit to the physio.

Could've gone out last night, but just cba to be perfectly honest. Think i've got early onset taper mojo loss. haha

Have to get a bit more in this week, as don't want my fitness to bleed away.

Just as well it was recovery week for me. A disgraceful 3 hours of training all week!

Snow and work really got in the way.

Back on it this week.

2 Swims - 5200m
4 Bikes - 107km
1 Run - 4km (well, 3km run and 1km limp home)

I can still feel the calf if I jog on the spot for a few seconds so no imminent return to running. Keep at the exercises/stretches and see how it goes.

10.25 hours in total last week

Swim x 4 8250m
Bike x 4 6 hours (all turbo/wattbike...bloody weather, ostensibly 124 miles but will in no way be accurate)
Run x 2 3.6 mile total (although no achilles pain again so I should be grateful)
around 45 minutes S&C

despite today in the end being good enough to ride outdoors, I didn't..

A strange week for me. Work was mental, not helped by a short 4 day week due to flying off on holiday Friday morning.

3 swims - 6.5k (that's after doing no swimming until I landed on Friday!)
1 bike - only an FTP test this week. Managed to up the number by 7w so pretty pleased
4 runs - 64k with 5hr10 on my feet

It was definitely a run heavy week. I had a big tempo session Thursday evening before I flew out which was 40mins at target HM pace in the middle, and then did a 2hr trail run today.

Actually managed a decent bike ride today despite the savage wind, 100K, makes up for a short turbo ride due to the weather.

And managed the Northern XC champs yesterday, fairly steady and was in the last 1/3rd of a fairly big field ~850

11 hours.
HR is defiantly down on my hour bikes and runs....7-10 beats for the same results.
Lots of core and strength work.

Weight......Ish

Swim ..... none?!

First interval session.... a min can be such a long time.
Stick at it folks.

A missed run. I’m so sad. All due to partying.

Did a swim to bike yesterday to catch up, boy I regretted doing kickboarding during the third ‘sweet spot’ interval. Legs feeling it today, should run it off at lunch time though.

2 Swims - 4500m (Including first CSS test - 6:37/3:12 - 1:43 CSS pace)
4 Bikes - 102km (Plus 3 commutes - 33km)
1 Run - Ahem......1km

Had hoped to try another 1km run off the bike yesterday. After coming back from cinema and son's birthday meal I made the schoolboy error of "I'll just have a little lie down before I go out" and fell asleep for the rest of the evening.

3 x runs for me - 53km

1 x road tempo

1 x 27km, 3:50, 1,100 m elevation trail run - in the worst conditions underfoot i have ever experience on the coast path. It's just not getting the chance to dry off at all this winter.

1 x 14km run/trail mix with a bit of tempo.

All systems feeling good and t minus 11 days to race day.

3000 + feet in 15 miles or so.....
Did you take a rope?! Puts my treadmill hill repeats to shame for sure!
