BACK TO TRAINING!!!

Just went for a Northern Hard Man run in the snow.
A massive 27 minutes Wink

Then jumped in the pool, which felt colder than the outside air, smashed out some 100s on target pace and intervals Very Happy

That's two goals hit this week already Very Happy

Planning on running on the glorious (but cold) North York Moors at the weekend if you want a hard man's run?

I am very Northern, not as Northern as George, though (who is remarkably tall in real life!)
