Not sure about all of them, the ones I think have a solo option are:
Marlens Clevedon
Swim Oxford
BusinessInsider Loch Lubnaig
Hokey Cokey

Cheers, most I've seen tend to be paired events. None convenient this year as giving IM a go, but would love to do one next year.

The Oxford one seems interesting. Can't find anything more other than a picture on their fb page, with a comment loosely describing the segments.
Will keep an eye out for when they release full details.

We haven't listed the solo races separately in our calendar @ World of Swimrun (http://worldofswimrun.com/racing/calendar.html) because they represent a small proportion and really the ethos of the sport is to do it as a team. But you have the Italian series with solo races

Looks like I've just been roped into doing the Breca Buttermere swimrun. It's only 2 weeks after IMUK so hopefully I'll be fit and slightly recovered. It's going to be more of a long plod than a race

Not really, the more I read the more I don't want to do it! I love the idea of it, not sure the reality will be as exciting but it will be one more box ticked.
Maybe the lad I'm doing it with will stop trying to get me to run 100 milers if I do this?!

I was looking at doing that one and dropping some hints to mates but most aren't interested, think you've got to be there the night before to register as well, I'd have just gone on the morning.
Also still hovering on the enter button of IMUK as well but not committed yet!
