Ive had several chats with Andy Wilkinson...Used to use the same gym, I even stayed level with him for 45 mins once on a bike,, pity it was a spin class!
Before anyone asks yes THE Andy Wilkinson....
What a monster on a bike he is....how do people get that good?!

Still cant decide on a helmet!

Arrived today, haven't opened it yet.

Will sweat test it on the turbo, somewhat unfair with minimal wind, but veretheless.

No, using it indoors with a desk fan is probably not a good indicator of how hot it will feel. Can't you just wait until you do a race in the early season?

Something else you can do with the Advantage 2, which I did when I saw the Frankfurt weather forecast, is to use a scalpel and cut extra channels in the thick foam that goes across the top of the head. I'll take a picture and post it here at some point.

it's not a good indicator, but it is a good method to become accustomed to a TT lid without using it too often in training...

I have a Javelin, and it seems to be cool enough even in hot weather. I have the two vents taped up.
