Couldn't see a listing for this anywhere so thought I'd start the thread.

Who's in? Who's not?

All looks nice and easy logistically. I'm booking a room in Nottingham and assuming it's easy as to get to the race on the Sunday? Could even ride I guess?

I'm in for my 3rd time (3rd year out triathlons too). I'll be camping, couldn't be easier as it's right next to transition.

i'm in, struggling with 'niggles' & trying to find my mojo for 2017.
will drive there in the morning.

do- seed yourself correctly in the swim.
take your own toilet paper
be aware on the bike at the start, STAY LEFT.
when on the river path, run in single file unless over taking.

Don't- have a curry the night before
stay up late worrying

Looking forward to the weekend, first Tri of the season. Shame about Karl Alexander being injured and not completing.

Work finished so can finally look forward to the race. First OW swim last week which was very pleasant, lots of bike miles done, not much running in last 10 weeks. Should be fun, until the end. 6 or 7 from our club - Go Scarabs !!!

I would imagine a % of it goes to the venue though.

I enjoyed the day, thank god the weather had a turn for the better from Saturday.
