I brought my bike from Ribble, and was slightly apprehensive about them as had heard lots of conflicting press about them. Nevertheless, for me they were excellent, very helpful and very quick.

Shop staff are knowledgable and helpful, and not afraid to spend time with you. Mail order service is efficient: the stuff arrivers when they say it will. Best of all, their prices are the lowest I've found anywhere.
